MORNING SESSION: The Emotional Foundations of Personality: I/O Implications with Dr. Ken Davis
Dr. Ken Davis’s talk will review Jaak Panksepp’s research detailing the primary emotional brain system, the likely source of the “psychophysical” traits underlying personality. The significance of these emotional systems for employee motivation and leadership behavior will be discussed.
